What countries do you ship to?

You can order easily using our online platform. When you find a product you need, you can add it to cart, click on cart and go through the ordering process. After the order is ready, you will receive order summary to your email. Order summary will also be stored to your account.

Speeding up the process. By ordering online you will you will get prices faster and you will be able to go through order confirmation and payment process much faster. This could save days of your time.

If you want to cancel your order, please do so as soon as possible. If we have already processed your order, you need to contact us and return the product. Please read our return policy

How do I know if a product is out of stock?

In the product page it will be noted that it is out of stock and no purchase process can be commenced.

Can I return a product?

Can I track my order?

Once your order has been placed, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can monitor the status of your shipment.

What are the available shipping options?

We offer two shipping options for our customers: standard and express.

Standard Shipping:

For orders less than $20, the cost of standard shipping is $5. For orders over $20, standard shipping is free. Standard shipping usually takes between 7-14 working days to arrive.

Express Shipping:

Express shipping costs $8, regardless of the order value. This option takes between 4-8 working days to arrive.

How long it takes to fulfil the order?

We aim to process and fulfill all orders within 48 hours of receiving them. However, please keep in mind that during peak periods, it may take us longer to fulfill your order. In such cases, we will promptly notify you of any delays.

Can I Change my shipping address?

You can easily change your shipping address on your account. You just need to login and click “my account” and “edit”. You can also change the shipping address during the checkout process if you need. Just click “edit” below “shipping address”.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It should also be in its original packaging.

How do I initiate the return process?

To start the return process, please send an email to Support@beautyandsales.com. We will provide you with the address of the nearest warehouse to you.

What happens after I initiate the return process?

Once we receive the returned product and it is accepted for refund, we will refund you within 1-3 business days. The refund will be issued in the same manner in which you paid.

Will I receive a full refund?

We only refund the product price, and exclude any shipping fees.

What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or wrong product, please notify us immediately at Support@beautyandsales.com. We will refund you promptly and apologize for any inconvenience caused.

What if I miss the 14-day return window?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after 14 days from the delivery date.
